There's no option to hide unavailable items, so you have to scroll through 100+ items you can't buy in the weekly ads to see what the ads are for. It's very laggy so it takes forever. The option to schedule delivery before you check out doesn't work. App is also randomly showing expired coupons that show errors when you click on them, but it doesn't remove the coupon. There's no reason a company that makes this much money should have such a difficult-to-use app.

There is no practical reason nor value in an app that limits you to 250 clipped items. Whoever the Product Manager or Owner is needs to have an evaluation of their job performance. You are telling your customer-base that consuming more time with this impractical app is more important than actually shopping. Albertsons, who owns Jewel-Osco, although is a terrible company at the very least, you are able to clip every item instead of wasting time searching. Another example of wasted digital space.

Latest update makes the ads less usable. Used to be the weekly ad was viewable in 2 formats, the print version which you could zoom in to read and also click to add deals to the shopping list (showing as circled), and an alphabetical searchable list of everything. Now the print ad doesn't zoom and you can't use it to add deals to the list or see what you have added. The "top deals" listing is not searchable, poorly organized , and requires an extra step to add deals. Put it back to how it was.
